I think this guy is complaining about the temperature displayed under the city names. These temperature values ​​are based on the forecasts of the ECMWF model but they cannot be modified by another model (Meteoblue gives the best forecasts in his city and this has been explained to him several times).
And it is not possible to display nothing.

temps at 2 mtrs can change alot,miself living by the sea experience 5-10 deg c difference just 400 meters away inland at my former work shop, just 5 meters above home level, esp on cold winter days,and fog sits. models doesnt catch those nano scale diffs.

This site shows temperature forecast by several weather models. If you want to know the real temperature at a location, see Reported temperature which is now -17°C.
May be the default model (ECMWF) is not forecasting a right temperature at this location.
If you select an other model e.g. Meteoblue, the discrepancy is quite small.
