I am a premium subscriber, but I can only ever stay logged into my account on three devices (I have five in total). If I want to log in to the fourth device, I get logged out of one of my others.

This was the case when I was subscrbed via Fastspring. But when that expired I subscrived via Apple hoping it would fix the problem - but it doesn’t.

How can I fix this? Especially as I am now subscribed via Apple - this should work!

I have Windy Premium on iPhone 15Pro, iPad 15.9 Pro, iPad 11 Pro and on my Mac. It seems like I can only log into Windy Premium on one or maybe two devices. As soon as log in on one device, get logged out on the other. It is starting to get really annoying and there is clearly a bug somewhere. All my devices are on the latest iOs (18.0.1) and my Mac is also on the latest version. Windy app is also up to date.

Hello, since around 15 days now none of my Windy Premium widgets on iPhone, iPads or Mac are loading. Non-Premium widgets work ok. My subscription is paid. I have tried logging in and logging out multiple times. I have tried anything else I can find on internet - eg changing phone language to German, Anything else I can try?

Hello, I have saved the routes in favourites. However, if I click on a saved route to open it, then close it again, the saved route name gets over-written with the date that it was closed. For example, I have a route saved "DNAA-LOWW" - I just opened the route and closed it - now it is renamed "Route saved 2020-10-21"

@rschibler It works in Africa for me - but not Europe!

I have a lot of routes in my favourites. I have tried editing their names, but then every time I look at a route its name gets overwritten with time and date. Is there a way to stop this annoying behaviour?
