If this is an application, I would recommend uninstalling and installing it again. In case this is our website, I would recommend clearing your browser's cache for our website (you can clear cache for a specific website with this manual).
If this occurs after recommended steps, please, let me know what version of system, device and application (can be found at the bottom of the Menu) you have.
