The radar for eastern Massachusetts does not work.

I'm getting the same issue, This has been happing for while.

US Radar seems to be glitchy. Sometimes shows high density precipitation image and gets messed. It's snowing hard right now in eastern Massachusetts but nothing on radar. Radar shows a diagonal line where radar image is cut off over Easter Massachustts.
