3D globe is available on browser version not in the mobile app.
Last week I told you the 3D globe is NOT in the mobile app, consequently NOT on your iPhone. At scale of your screenshot what is the point of a 3D globe?
Units of rainfall are shown at bottom of your screenshot which shows the Rain layer.
