It works perfectly for me. You need to change the visibility units as shown in my post here above on your desktop, then units are automatically changed in your mobile app.
But the questions are:
Do you need to change these units several time without being able to do it on your desktop? I guess you want only to have visibility displayed in miles (sm)?
Do you log in with the same account on both desktop and mobile? If not it can’t work.
