Does the altitude slider on the right side of the windy page show altitude from MSL (Mean seal level)?
If yes, Then the data shown at a particular location is based on MSL or from its particular location's surface.

For example, Under temperature when I drag up the slider to some altitude (say, 2000m / 6400ft) will the temperature around the Himalayas be based on MSL or from its particular top surface?

The reason I have this question was, the peaks around the Himalayas are 2000m+ in height. What temperature is shown when I place the slider at ~2000m?
