Hi Bob, JFYI when I click on my Windy.com favorite using Firefox or Edge, Windy opens with the desired screen and I see my picture (in a small circle) in the upper right corner. I don't remember ever having to "sign on". Works the same on my Samsung smart phone.

@rrwier Found it (I think)!!!

Near the right end of the URL Bar, near the "Add to favorites" star, click on the upside-down tear drop. Select "Continue to block this site from accessing your location".

This may be an Edge function, unrelated to Windy, but it does the trick. All the saved locations (yellow hearts) still work. I select HOME (yellow heart) for start-up.

Goodbye flashing blue dot!!!

@rrwier Premature indeed. I don't know what I did, but that flashing blue dot is back to its erroneous location. Wish there was a way to turn that sucker off. Disregard my original post.

I may be premature in this but ... It would appear that the infamous erroneously located blinking blue dot has been corrected? If you fixed it, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! Or, maybe something I did accidentally at my end to correct this. Anyway, I sure won't be messing with any location functions in the future, lol.

@rrwier Oops, it just went back to the old bad location. So sad.

My horrible, distracting, worthless, flashing blue dot (weather radar) just moved over to its correct location (my location!!!). Did you guys fix something?
