@jonsterling SAME HERE, seems like someone could get that resolved somehow, how did Apple allow that! I too just sent a message out here on the same subject, does Windy.com have a support email address, I'll have to double check.

I’m confused about Windy.com and Windy.app in the ap store, there are two different apps one called Windy.com and the other called Windy.app, I mean how did Apple let that happen because if they are the same company shame on you for confusing your customers, maybe it's just me. The funny thing is they both look like the same app.

I have a question for Windy.com I have a subscription with Windy for the iPhone app and I used the widgets on my iPad/Macbook Air and others I have two Apple ID's I'm trying to merge ( Apple finally has a procedure to do this, it's a week old ) my problem is I have the subscription under one Apple ID and I often have another Apple ID and since I didn't purchase it under that ID I loose the Widgets on my MacBook Air, love the widgets, is there a way to change that email address on my account so I can use it under both accounts, if not just change it.

I can still run my mac OS version 15.6.1 (24G90) of this app. Why are the Widgets not showing the weather, just a blank box where it once worked

@Suty Hello again same problem back again was working for a long time I could see the widgets on my Mac Sonoma 14.5 the last time I talked to you they seemed to come back after we conversed together, this has happened before with Windy.com app.

I spent over an hour 1/2 with Apple support and they made sure I was log in with the same Apple ID I purchased the apps with and still nothing. I really like the widgets you provided is why I’m going thru the effort to get them back.

What is going on, please assist

@Suty Your saying if I use it on my iPhone I can have the Widgets available how do I make this work?

@Suty Looking for those great widgets on my Mac M2 Sonoma 14.4.1, this has happened before, it's a paid app, and why can't you get it to work with the Widgets? It worked for the last week or two maybe longer than poof like before it's gone is this because you removed it from the app store. I can load it through WebCatalog app which still doesn't give me the widgets, they are great looking widgets, please

@Suty That's not very good to get a subscription with the features you liked and now you took them away, why did you do this removing the app from the store removed a key feature for me, do you have any plans on bringing this back? Did you not like paying Apple, why were the widgets removed from the Mac desktop?

What the heck happened to my subscription plan for Windy.com app booted up my Mac and no more widgets on the screen and some other app with different icon called Windy.app what's going on here none of my subscription I PAID are recognized as very being paid, its like this company Windy.com changed there name to Windy.app and screws your subscription, I hope Apple is watching and I hope I'm wrong
