If pressure and wind gust and rain cloud icon is there.... But no rain in outside....how can I collect rain information... Sir please help me...

Windy app shows 7 mm rain in my area, but here only cloudy with sun..... My suggestion is if rain isn't possible don't show like this.... This is my humble request...
