Hello,

I have problems with subscription renewal.

For reasons unknown the set mechanism for renewal auto payment is not working. And there is no option to correct that by paying it manually. Using the "Fix payment" option isn't working either.

How to I resolve this?

Thanks a lot for the response.
Have a look at the attached images.

• Windy-Web-Login.jpg is the screen shot of my logged in web version. As you can see it says you need to go premium to avail the premium features. I have logged in with my premium account already.
• Windy-Free-Version.jpg is the screen shot from a free version. The forecast for 18th Thursday was so accurate. But this was not available in my premium version. Unfortunately I don't have the screen shot of the premium versi on.

I have subscribed for premium version.
I have couple of issues to mention.

• The information/forecast I get is wrong when compared to others who are tracking weather with the free version. Free version was accurate and I got it all wrong. What's the problem..??
• After logging to web version in desktop with my credentials still says I am not a premium version subscriber. Is this not allowed?
