I was trying developing a program for predictive solar for use with energy monitoring programs so one can adjust charging rate to electric vehicles or other uses depending on the future solar production in a smart house development ( I will probably adapt that towards wind as well later on). BUT random location generation makes trial development kind of pointless . as to test the accuracy of your forecast to actual solar production.. I got it working with other weather api and they work fine . depending on the accuracy of their forecasts I am just trying to find the most accurate weather api for use
also you might want to rethink your pricing scheme a $1000 a year for end user to pull in couple lines of forecast data a few times a day is pretty steep.. you really should have a more functional "Free"or "low usage" usage key
