I am having the same problem. I purchased a premium subscription (when logged out...in fact before I even set up a Windy account). I received a confirmation and copy of my receipt from "Paddle", but no activation code from Paddle or Fast Spring. I followed the directions on the home page menu, which indicates that I should have received a code from Fast Spring.
