Personal Backup will save files that haven’t yet been backed up and file with comparatively newer timestamps. The default app is designed to check whether the designated file is newer than one that has already been saved. Users are also empowered to create scheduled backups & have the destination paths alternate daily or weekly. It is relatively easy to begin a backup with the Windows® Task Scheduler, so don’t worry about a steep learning curve.
