I am extremely disappointed with the way my refund request has been handled.

I first contacted you more than a week ago and also posted on the forum. After your moderator asked me to send my purchase confirmation, I did so immediately. That was five days ago, and I still have not received any response or acknowledgment.

This level of customer support is unacceptable for a paid Premium service.

I am requesting that my refund be processed immediately. There is no reason for this request to continue being ignored.

I expect my refund to be processed without any further delays.

I emailed about this and also created a topic on the forum about a week ago, but I haven't received a response to either.

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the Premium subscription and would like to request a refund.

I have paid for the subscription as I was thinking I will get more of the "Weather radar" forecast time.
I am getting same 1h forecast as free use.

Please cancel my subscription and I would like a refund please.
