I don't think I've seen any radar, outside of Manila. Then, that disappeared, too. But, that was years ago. If you go to PAGASA (it's not an app; it's the Philippine's "area of responsibility" for tropical cyclone development), I've seen radar on there. Good luck.

Their surf alerts have always been questionable in its accuracy.

Which weather model more accurate for Philippines?
A question for you that live in the Philippines, or, travel there very frequently. Which model have you found to be more accurate? The ECMWF? Or, the GFS? Sometimes, I find myself having to split the difference, between the two, and going with that. What about you?

RE: Data not available
@tsutcl2
Same for me. No wind data, either. Starting to wonder if these apps have been hacked, in some way. Very odd, only North, Central and South America are the “gray areas” of no data. -
RE: Version 43: Introducing the New Features and Enhancements. Tell us what you think!
As of 5 days ago, your app no longer worked on my iPhone 11. No models (wind, rain, satellite) covering North, Central or South America. Deleted app from my phone, went to the App Store, downloaded your “new version” (I guess). I’ve NEVER heard my phone make loud clicking & whirring sounds during downloading an app. WTH is up with that? And, found there’s really no way of emailing company with questions, looking for answers. Sounds like they don’t want a direct connection to customers. I’m a premium member. Seriously considering canceling prescription.
