I agree completely. Please bring back the altitude slider. .
It was perfect with the slider for altitude on the left and selector for weather type on the right side.
I use it on my mini iPad and this is simply a big step backwards.
With that said, this entire app is still genius and your work is very much appreciated.
But please please change it back to dual sliders.

Hi. A version ago on the mobile app there was a slider on the left for altitude. And a setting/slider on the right for the basic view type.
I found this very useful as a pilot.
I’m presuming you moved away from it because many users are not pilots/aviators.
So I would like to propose a user-specified configuration that allows an aviation user (or whoever) to view/utilize the “two slider” GUI.

Separate sliders for altitude on the left side with a slider for weather type on the right side was perfect.
(after all, this is a 3D view, so combining those selectors into one is forcing us into 2D usage).

Also, the iPhone date/time selector is very user friendly (large) but is not available on the mini iPad. It was on the mini-iPad for a short time a few versions ago but that went away. Could we bring that iPhone date/time selector back to the iPad?
