I have been gifted a premium subscription but when I go to “restore purchases” I just get an error message saying that I must be on a device with the same Apple ID that the subscription was purchased from - it was not purchased with an Apple ID
There is nowhere for me to input the order reference code as it says in the “gifting a subscription” instructions
Can you please advise me what to do to activate it on my account please?
