I would like to cancel my Premium because I am still unable to connect it to my windy app. I purchased premium before I registered or created an account with Windy. I always get a doesn’t recognise any purchases box whenever I try to access windy premium. A very unusable and unworkable exercise. Good-luck on trying to get your money back as from the above administrator comment it seems that they will make it as complicated as they can.

After clicking the restore purchases button the next page is that allows me to put in the windy reference number is not coming up .All that I am getting is
‘We cannot find any purchases to restore”
