@Korina As I posted in my other thread I am having the exact same issue as this individual. I am trying to follow instructions and I am not finding success. In step 2 of this reply you say "open subscriptions offer" where is that located when I am logged in to an existing pro account? There is no subscription to offer when we are already subscribed and logged in.
The only way I found to restore purchases was to log out (not in) and then restore from there. However that only restored the purchase on the iPhone and not the computer.
Also please help me understand why pro is $59 on iPhone and $23 on computer?
