Where to go. An overlay with nice agrable weather. It can be fresh but sunny and no wind or sunny 26 with a breaze or even 30 but dry air, etc

There are many apps in Windy like Rain, clouds and temperature but not one shows where to go to for "good weather". Nice weather is a combination of fine temperature, sunny, humidity and wind. Fresh temperature like 5°C in the sun with no wind or 27 with a breeze or even 30 but low humidity can be very agreable. But where to go? Is it possible to make a button?

With so much weather data available it would be possible to filter for "Nice Weather".
It could be an unique application no weather internet sites or weather providers have this at the moment.
Windy could be the first. So, the question is, where is it nice agreable weather. about 23 degreees celcius, light wind, low humidity and sunshine. Of course some like it hot or cold with no wind and sunshine. But the first step is, about 23 degrees, light wind and sunshine.
