I'm a Premium subscriber and enthusiast Windy user.
Would it be possible to display the weather model's grid prediction points?
Weather models like ECMWF have horizontal grid spacing of 9 km but where are exactly these prediction points are located would be very interesting to know, especially in hilly/mountain areas.

I was indeed misledt by the dark-grey areas.
Good to hear that they are "switched on" now
I am quiet sure that it was not the case few months ago, at least for the radar on top of Paganella Mtn. (Trento).
I'll keep an eye and get back to you if there's missing radar coverage when it actually rains.

There has not been any radar coverage for large areas in North Italy for many days on Windy.com.

I love your website and app, really good job, so the following is a small note one an almost perfect GUI :-)
I often look at the "Compared forecasts", but I often get confused because the font type, color and size for the time, temperature and wind intensity are exactly the same.
And when the values are similar the risk of confusion is very high.
Will you consider to make this charts more reading friendly?

Would it be possible to add a radar layer about precipitation type (snow, wet snow, rain, ...) ?
I know that the radars managed by DMI (the Danish Meteorological Institute) can provide this information, and having lived there I can tell that it is pretty reliable.

Hi Windy!
I often check the Clouds forecast, especially for high resolution models like ICON-D2.
Sometimes I think the map would look way better if land and sea/lakes had different colors, and not just that dark yellow background. Have you considered this option?
It would be nice as example to have the same color palette (green-blue) used for the Satellite layer

My preferred model is ICON-D2 for the very detailed wind and clouds layers'
I use to compare it often with ECMWF and with the even more detailed UKV and AROME if I am in an area they cover.
However the most precise model is most of times ECMWF (despite the larger resolution area, they are so good to guess precipitation), ICON-D2 follows
I am most of time in Easter Denmark but I often visit North France and North Italy
