And, the cloud profile in the Airgram has been returned to the desktop. So, as a workaround, we can view it on our phones by choosing 'desktop site' . I am so looking forward to the cloud profile returning in the app. It makes the Windy Airgrams, the best of their kind in the world. 🙏✌️

@Suty Thanks so much. I can understand changes but this one was very confusing. Seeing the 850hPa temperature and corresponding that with cloud cover throughout the atmospheric layers is crucial to snow forecasting in my country (Australia) where snow is a marginal event. The difference between a snowfall and just cold rain is crucial in forecasting. And Windy Airgrams were the best in the business. 🙏

@idefix37 Thanks very much for your reply. It has been very accurate overnight for the drizzle in my area, which is very hard to predict via traditional modelling for many years. It has even predicted when this drizzle would stop to the hour, when other models have not. Part of that is probably related to the correct altitude for my village, rather then most models that average the altitude for a given area, which makes a big difference with low cloud drizzle. It would be great to get more info from Windy app on MeteoBlue as they now have a good share in it's ownership, I understand.

@temp850 Hi, according to the disappearing radar or timeline. It is related to the system buttons of Android devices, especially back button, where these elements are hidden after the tap. We are aware of this problem. Meanwhile, you can use our buttons in app, which offer the same control over the app.

@temp850 Hi, For wind direction, Windy uses animated particles, not wind barbs. And they show the correct direction of wind in Southern Hemisphere i.e. clockwise in cyclonic areas (Lows) and counter clockwise in anticyclonic areas (Highs) Exactly the opposite to Northern Hemisphere. @idefix37 Yes, there is a group of us that, for decades, have focused on the difficult task of forecasting snow for the Blue Mountains and Central Tablelands forecast district. Snow in Australia outside our ski fields is a real novelty and is usually very marginal. The challenge of forecasting it, is very enjoyable for a few dozen of us! @idefix37 Thank you for your reply. It's a wonderful app. Isolines are critical when identifying upper disturbances with enough accuracy to determine more accurate convective activity. And low level cold pools need accurate identification to determine isolated snowfalls in my region, like the surprise snowfall last year on September 17th, in the Blue Mountains, Australia. So, if the app doesn't show them but the mobile site can via a bookmark from my desktop, I will have to use the mobile site instead of the app. Isolines are very important in forecasting, to determine localised features.
