For the last 4-5 months weather radar is not available in a large part of Greece - mainly North and Western. Despite being noticed some months ago, Windy has done nothing to fix it, a rather disappointing reaction especially since we are paying a yearly subscription.

Been having the same issue for the last four months. The weather radar in Western Greece has failed and no info is provided. In an email communication with your support some months ago the reply was that this was a provider’s issue and Windy could not do much about it !! Nonetheless i am paying a subscription to Windy in order to get the proper service and not your provider. Below you may find relative screenshot. Please let me know of any progress otherwise contact me to return my subscription. Thanks
