I think there is a small bug with the rain or snow overlay on December 12 from 9am to 12pm. I was going to post a screenshot, but take a look for yourself. The whole planet suddenly has a great deal of rain systems during this time period, but the time periods before 9am and after 12pm do not show these systems. Its odd, and I just want to bring this to Windytv's attention so that they can fix it in the future, if it is a bug
