@acummings Hello, thank you for your report. I already note this and will discuss it with colleagues.

Definitely would like to see this return back to how it was previously please!

@mark-ingalls Would love to see PWAT also. It’s a great indicator of heavy rainfall in broad scale ascent rainfall and thunderstorms. Would be an amazing addition please!

    • Zoomed in lower level Airgram

Love Windy!! I was wondering if it would be possible to provide a zoomed in lower level version of Airgram to provide a clearer oversight of winds through lower levels - say surface to 700hPa? I thought there could perhaps be an option for lower level zoomed and also the complete display that you could toggle between.

    • RE: windy-plugin-radiosonde

This is a great plug in! Thank you so much for your work. Are the 750hPa, 650hPa, and 550hPa levels of data available for the GFS and ACCESS? Would be awesome for thunderstorm fore
      casting?

    • Remember settings in Radiosonde plugin

      Hi,

      Love the radiosonde plug in!

Would it possible for the user to save their preferences in the extra-settings part of the plugin please? Would be very useful.

Also when stepping through model ascents would it be possible for the station detail box to give the model forecast date and time (rather than the actual observed radiosonde ascent time)

Thank you so much for your work, it is fantastic!

@Suty Hi there, unfortunately the issue of switching from meteogram view to basic view each time you change location was not fixed in the latest update. Is it possible to have this looked at again please?

      Hi,

The Fiji radar is not displaying the correct data. This was at 20Z 15th Aug 2025 on Windy.

    • RE: Keep in meteogram view when changing location using search function

@Suty Hi, thanks for your reply. Prior to the last update it would stay on either basic or meteogram when you searched different places. Now it always go back to the basic view. So probably about 3 weeks ago.

    • Keep in meteogram view when changing location using search function

      Hi,

In previous versions of Windy, if Meteogram view was selected as shown below, it would remain in meteogram when a new location was searched for in the top left.

Now, the display changes to the basic view when you search for a new location.

Would it please be possible to revert back to it staying in Meteogram view when moving from place to place using the search function?

Thank you very much for considering this.

Hi there, does anyone know why the EC model runs are coming in so late? It’s 2228 utc and still no 12utc model run in Windy. Thanks

      Hi,

Thank you so much for the tool?

Would it be possible to always plot the lifted parcel curve based off the forecast sfc dew point and temperature please?

      Cheers,

    • RE: Update failure

I've also noticed that the ECWMF runs are coming in much later than they did previously. The 18Z ECMWF run for instance was always in by about 0140Z, though is coming in much later since the update. Is there a reason for this delay in receiving the new ECMWF runs. Thank you.
