I cancelled my subscription because we sold our sailing boat. It said I would get an email with instructions... but nothing! How to proceed?

@idefix37 sorry but I am not a,first time user. It's the other way round... suddenly this morning it was on the 3 hrs step mode, but the button said 1 hrs... just to try I hit the button to change it... and I got the 1 hrs mode.. can I send a screenshot?

I have a premium account and always see 1 hour predictions. Suddenly I see 3 hrs prediction but setting is on 1 hour setting. When I changed it to 3 hrs setting I got the 1 hour setting... I suppose that is wrong?
