What i mean is that it's not blending as much as the other one

While not perfect it's more of the gradient

So this is what I have currently and this is what the NWS US has.

Is there a way to turn off smoothing and just have it in a range?
I have changed the new snow to be more of what the NWS use in the US and with it being blending it gets hard to read the white text on yellow background or ability to change the text colors?
