@idefix37 I tried using the chat bot help from Paddle and that was useless. I definitely see the subscription in Paddle, but I can't access the premium benefits. All the help from the community support is outdated because the 'recover subscription' button is nowhere to be found.

@iIdefix37 I have a receipt from Paddle for a premium subscription and I was able to confirm my email address. The confirmation email with the invoice was sent 11/11/25 9:51PM. I did sign up from a desktop because I do not want my account to be totally dependent on Google (gmail).

My premium subscription is not working either. I'm clearly subscribed because every time I click on the 'Premium' button, it recognizes me as subscribed, but I cannot associate my google account nor access any premium features.
