I'm upload webcam images to windy sometimes I get a partial image on my video. I use fwink to upload. Can this be solved. Let me know at troutshp@comcast.net

@korina That is my webcam url. Try it on a web browser. I submitted it several times and it looks like it saved my information. Will try one more time..
