Why does this region (Sirsi, Siddapur, Yellapur, Honavar belt) get fewer thunderstorms, despite high heat and humidity during the day? Areas like Sagara, Jog Falls, or Belagavi with similar conditions get more frequent thunderstorm activity. What are the meteorological reasons?
