The data should be available from Environment Canada, and it would be great if you could add it as a layer.
This has been an issue for as long as I can remember using Windy - the scroll on the mouse for zooming is way too sensitive and is not in line with other apps at all. Even without trying to zoom, the app can zoom in or out and not just one level of zoom, but three or more!

In the screen shot, you can see all of the provinces / territories properly labeled, except the Northwest Territories. It is labeled "Canada" instead.

There is an error in the border between Labrador, Quebec, and Nunavut at Killiniq Island (you do not show Nunavut as having the island - you show Quebec). I know Esri has this error, so maybe you are using an Esri feed?
