Please solve the issue as I am sharing the weather forecast to the farmers and they rely my forecast to take action on their farms.

@Ondřej-Šutera Yes definitely I am using it. I also try with other alternative emails but not instruction arrive yet.

Hello I tried the subscription management and it redirected to add my email address to received the instruction. So far, I didn't receive any mail from Windy or FastSpring yet. I have checked all my inbox including spam folder. Can you please send me the instruction or reset my account to make payment.

My colleagues helped me extend my Premium Account yesterday. No Email enter to my inbox and still having this message appears on my windy page. Please help me solve this problem. My Email is winnaing22158@gmail.com

Today I made a payment for my premium subscription but I still saw the message.

I click the button and fill the email but I do not see any email yet. Please respond on how can I solve it or the payment will be made for another year?
