On the MAP it showed in the Forcast:
Wind Speeds between: 21 Kmh up to 41 Kmh
I got Screenshot... Wind Area South Germany (was Green)

Fact: It was / is so bad, Trains and many Flights canceled ?
On the MAP-Forcast, it looked like a Rainy-Day with light winds... LOL

If you would help us, we could include Vietnam... but currently we focus only on Philippines (as we are BASED there), as the National Typhoon Prewarning here is too LATE and they ignore storms further away... We started this FREE Service !
