I checked yesterday and today again at same location. It seems you are right. There is a discrepancy between the Rain accumulation layer and the amount in the forecast table.

Yesterday the discrepancy was even more important.
The case of Meteoblue is different because this non-gridded model does not dispkay weather maps. So the map that you displayed is that of ECMWF model
