Can you please add a water vapor channel to the satellite imagery? Visible and infrared are 2 of the 3 main pieces with basic satellite imagery, water vapor is very much needed.

That would be very key if you could select multiple levels, such as MSLP with 500MB heights, which is needed to determine advection gradient.
@petra-pik Has there been any progress towards adding the water vapor channel to satellite imagery? As we get closer to hurricane season, it would be extremely useful.
Thank you!

@korina A gridding error is a displacement of the map outlines from the actual imagery. In the example attached, the map outlines are displaced to the south of the actual image.
A refresh fixed the issue, so I'm not sure where the issue may have started.

I did a refresh and it resolved itself, but I have seen it come back on occasion.
For CONUS satellite imagery, we're seeing a gridding error with the outline displaced to the south of the actual landmasses. Please see the attached image as an example.
I hope this is something that can be looked at, as it is pretty severe.
Thanks a bunch!

@petra-pik Has there been any work done on possibly bringing water vapor channels to the satellite product?

Is it possible to include the forecast track from the NHC on the map?
