POST Request is successfull but wind speed vectors are just 'null' for each altitude

How can I access ICON-EU model or ECMWF having professional liense already bought? General GFS is the only valid model for my professional account

I am using a professional account license and try to fetch data for GFS, Arome, ECMWF and IconEU. But only GFS works, other return BadRequest: 400. What could be the reason?
