I bought premium account to set up rain alarm over the world. But it does not work. When setting up alarm you choose amount which needs to accumulate for some time. Smallest period is 3 hours. But rains took few minutes.
I set up 1mm over 3 hours but not alarm was triggered even I am on places where it rains more heavily.

In premium features was listed 1 year old data which really would help us. Where are they available? I don't see anything in menu. Are they available only via API? How we can get keys to API? Is it included in Premium account or it has different pricing?

@Ondřej-Šutera Zdravím Ondřej :) I see some improvements from my last message. Anyway some other solutions offer to set up alarm on circle zone with specified perimeter in kms.
