Where can I find a user manual for Airgram and Meteogram and descriptions of the various icons used, and how to interpret the various graphic representations in the Meteogram view.

The bottom of the Meteog. Display is obscured, mostly below the red configuration bar. Something is there, but can't see enough of it.
