I would also like to receive notifications separately when there is a strong wind or snowfall or low air temperature. but if you turn on everything at once in the settings, then the notification comes when everything is at once: strong wind And low temperature AND heavy snowfall. At the same time, the city may have a low temperature AND heavy snow, but without wind, or Low temperature, but not enough heavy snow and wind. In both cases, notifications do not come. Due to some kind of bug, I managed to create 2 alerts for snow and separately for temperature. but the third is not created.

There is bug with some synop (wmo) weather stations thats occurs when stations first sends empty report (NIL), but 5-10 minutes later resends weather report with data: Windy just saves first NIL report, but doesn't resave (overwrite) it when data is available. So whether station data doesn't displayed on the map and weather station history.
For example it's often occurs with Zhitomir station with wmo id 33325:

• today at 12:15Z station sends a nill report: AAXX 19121 33325 NIL=
• but at 12:20Z station resends report with data: AAXX 19121 33325 32697 63302 10261 ...

and Windy saves only first NIL report:
