    • Bottom of app gets hidden under Andoid navbar (45.0.6)

I updated today to version 45.0.6 (from 44.1.2) of the Android app, and on the first start the app looks fine. If I get back to it a bit later, then the app expands all the way down on the screen, so that important UI elements get hidden behind the 3-button navigation.

If I "force close" the app, it works correctly again for a while. I don't know what triggers it, I couldn't find a reliable way to reproduce the issue.

      Affected version: 45.0.6
      Previous version that worked: 44.1.2
      Phone: Google Pixel 8 Pro
Android version: Stock Android 15, March update (Build BP1A.250305.019)

Otherwise, the issue is frustrating because I can't get back to the 1hr forecast resolution since the app never seems to remember that I prefer the 1hr resolution that I pay for. 😊

Hey @tibbst, this was an issue for me as well. Turns out that there is a well hidden setting for this (and I think this is a recent addition). Go to Settings, scroll down to "Start-up layer and location" and click on it to fold out the settings, and under that there's "Remember 1h/3h setting".

@Suty FYI this remembering the 1/3h setting is very hidden and it doesn't even fit in logically the startup layer and location part. It doesn't relate to either, and it's hidden behind the foldout too. Probably should be in the list of general settings above. I thought my app is buggy for a few weeks before I found it. EDIT: especially that the default for it is off, which I doubt is what most people would want.
