Hi @espenas , the inability to add the exact location of cameras is a bug we're aware of, and it should be fixed in the next update. If you send me the camera's identifier (e.g., the URL you enter for it) and the exact latitude and longitude, I'll update the information in the system. You can do it either here, or use mail webcams@windy.com. Thank you!

Hello guys, @oavv-segemar and @clauzz, thanks for reporting this — we’re aware of the issue and have passed it to our developers; I’ve manually corrected both cameras and the changes should be live within a few hours. If anyone else experiences this, please add your cameras (with coordinates) to this thread and we’ll update them one by one.

Our developers are working on it, but since it’s a fairly complex process, it will take some time. Thank you very much for wanting to add a camera to Windy, and we hope that this will soon be possible for YouTube as well.

Update: The fix is already in production, and cameras from Drive BC are gradually starting to appear. There are still some issues with some of them, but we hope to resolve them soon.

Hi @kerem77, thanks for reaching out. Subscription purchases are handled entirely by our partners, who determine the payment methods available in each country. Unfortunately, Windy has no influence over which providers they support and which they do not. You can purchase a subscription either through our website https://www.windy.com/subscription (where Paddle manages premium for us) or directly in the mobile app, where Google Play or the App Store are responsible for in-app purchases, which may be the right solution for you.

In recent weeks, we’ve been dealing with a high amount of newly submitted webcams and since they are subject of approval by our admins (as well as webcams’ suggestions), it takes us a bit longer than usual - sorry for that. I’ve just adjusted position and location of your cam as well as assigned it to you as the owner, all changes will be online in a few hours. Thanks for your patience!

Hello @pederk, your cameras are running on YouTube, which is currently not working on Windy. This does not mean that we are not interested in these cameras, quite the contrary, but their integration requires a lot of work on our part, so it will take a while. I apologize for the complications and kindly ask for your patience - we are on it!
