I am writing to request assistance with restoring my Windy Pro Forever subscription on my new Android device.
I previously purchased the Windy Pro Forever lifetime version on my iPhone. However, I recently lost my iPhone and had to switch to a new Samsung Galaxy device. Since the platform has changed from iOS to Android, my purchase history is not being automatically restored.
I would like to request that you manually link my purchase history to my new Windy account so that I can continue using the premium features on my Galaxy phone.
