    • Default Forecast Model

In my part of the world the GFS model gives a more realistic wind forecast. However the default is always the ECMWF. Is there a way to set the default model, or could this be put in a future update ?

      Regards,

      Jeff.

    • Preferred forecast model

Hi, I would like to be able to set a forecast model rather than the app defaulting all the time to the ECMWF 9km model. Here in Australia I’m told that the ACCESS 13km model is tuned up for our part of the world. Alternatively if we just select a forecast model for a particular forecast (eg wind, rain, thunder) then it remembers and selects that model each time I change from one to the other.
Thank you for providing the ACCESS model.

      Regards,
      Jeff.

    • Setting default weather model.

      Hi.

I would like to set the default model in settings. ATM if I switch to the ACCESS model from the menu side bar, at some time after the model will revert back to ECMWF.
If I switch devices and have logged in I would like my preferred model selected. Similarly for the pressure isolines toggle.

      Regards,
      Jeff.

    • RE: Windy radar and satellite animation missing last 30min.

      @korina

      Hi Korina,

      Please see screen shot below.
All images from 30min ago to 1 min ago are all the same.
I'm also using Safari Version 13.1.2 (13609.3.5.1.5) (and not Mozilla as indicated in the error console).
The same thing also happens on my iPhone app.
I have tried Firefox browser with the same results.
Are the satellite images updated to the minute ?

      Regards,

      Jeff.

    • Windy radar and satellite animation missing last 30min.

      Hi,

I've noticed when selecting the radar and satellite data the last 30min of images appears to be missing - the animation stops about 30min before the current time.

      Regards,

      Jeff.

    • Airgram temperature profile ahead by about 9 hrs.

      HI,
I really like Windty by the way.

      The bug:
When viewing the airgram the temperature profile seems to be ahead of time by about 9 hrs.
e.g. Normally the hottest part of the day is around 2pm, however on the airgram the time of peak temperature is around 5am.
