@Nicole-Dolezalova Turns out that I was charged twice by Apple. I refunded one of the purchases, but it appeared that my premium subscription was no longer active. Therefore I'm refunding my second payment now, hopefully to be able to sign up again afterwards.

@Nicole-Dolezalova hello, unfortunately the windy support at support @ windy.com turns out to be not very responsive. I got 1 reply throughout a week, and it didn’t have much to do with the issue. Is there any other way I could address this problem?

@Nicole-Dolezalova apple denied my second refund, so I thought maybe we can try locating this payment to enable my windy premium? What do you need from me as a confirmation that the purchase was made?
