@ivo I don't understand what you are saying. Can you explain a bit more ? If I use IFS as model, fog is still substituted from ICON ? Do you also know what parameters are required to display the fog pictogram ? There should be kind of tree : for instance minimum 92% of humidity at 2m, if no = no fog, if yes then the wind speed should be for instance less than 10km/k. If no, no fog, if yes, then we should check the next parameter. Knowing what the parameters are and knowing the minimum value to be reached for each parameter will be very useful to understand when fog is displayed or not by Windy

@Korina Thansk for your reply. Yes, I know that I can get the exact temperature by opening the picker but I was wondering why the scale, which is clearly displayed on the desktop version, is not displayed on the IOS version although for all the maps, scale is always visible on the screen of my iPad. I didn't know if it was a bug on the IOS version or did on purpose maybe to maximize the size of the screen which could be otherwise reduced by adding a scale,... ?

@idefix37 Thanks for your comment ! We are talking about small quantities of rain, of course. In general below 0.4mm you even don’t really notice it if you are outside ! It could be related to the the way it is rounded but as you highlight, the 0.5mm is harder to explain. I wanted to mention it again to be sure it is not related to something else, sometimes small inconsistencies like in the case here hide in fact a bigger problem. Windy team should just comment and confirm. I can monitor it during the coming days/weeks, especially a day with much more rain to see if the difference 3h/1h rain forecast remains still small or not

@idefix37 You are totally right, my mistake ! Having said that, Windy should perhaps use Arome 2.5km to get access to much more parameters. Accuracy of the forecasts will be probably slightly worse (not sure about the exact difference,...) but more info will be accessible with the model. A lot of useful data are currently missing

Definitely more visual information. Much clearer. Windy has already the data to make a Geopotential height layer. It should very useful for a better understandIng of future weather development.
